Final settlements
Notice is hereby given that the following named executors, administrators, and guardians filed their annual accounts current at the April term 1859 of the Washington County Probate Court for settlement and confirmation at the July term 1859, thereof, to wit:
Ewing Benbrooks, as administrator of Smith R. Moulden, deceased:
William and Matilda Woolsey, as executors of Samuel Woolsey, deceased:
Wesley and JW Drake, executors of James Drake, deceased;
Jesse Walker, as administrator of John Walker, deceased:
Thomas J. Blakemore, as guardian of Fielding M. Blakemore:
Jones Peerson, as guardian of the heirs of Mary Skeen:
Jones Peerson, as guardian of the heirs of Enos Yoes, deceased:
Therefore all persons interested in the settlement of any of the above-mentioned estates are notified to come forward and file exceptions to such accounts, if any they have, on or before the second day of the July Term, 1859, of the Probate Court for said county, or they will be forever barred from excepting to said accounts or any item thereof.
