OUR FREE NEGROES
A Kansas correspondent of the St. Louis Republican says “it is known that the free Negroes of Arkansas who were required by law to leave that state before the 1st of January have decided upon removing to Kansas;” and the correspondent observes that is as it would be. The Kansas Freedom-shriekers love Negroes so well that they will steal them. We have heard several of our public spirited citizens say that they will contribute to help any free Negro off to Kansas.
